Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 2025

By accessing or using www.equitabledatasolutions.com (the “Site”), or engaging with any services, programs, or content offered by Equitable Data Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the Site

This Site provides information about our services, coaching programs, thought leadership, and related offerings. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site to distribute spam, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe on the rights of others.

2. Services Provided

Equitable Data Solutions offers coaching, strategy, and data-related programs for mission-driven individuals and organizations. We do not provide therapy, legal advice, or technical training. Outcomes will vary depending on your level of participation and readiness for the work.

Some offerings—like Your Data Era—have additional terms specific to that program. You will be directed to those details before purchasing or enrolling.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payment terms are clearly stated on the relevant program or product pages. Due to the small-group and personalized nature of many of our offerings, refunds are generally not provided unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Email & Communications

When you submit your email through a form on this Site, you consent to receiving occasional updates or communications from Equitable Data Solutions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in those emails.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on this Site—including text, designs, programs, and content—are the intellectual property of Equitable Data Solutions. You may not copy, distribute, or republish any materials without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Third-Party Tools

We use tools such as Stripe (for payments), Acuity (for scheduling), Google Workspace (for communication), and Zoom (for virtual meetings). When using these tools via this Site, you are also subject to their terms and privacy practices.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline service or access to our programs at our discretion—particularly if the offering is not a fit or if respectful engagement cannot be maintained.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
